Rachel’s Story

Age 62


Rachel has COPD at age 62 but doesn’t let her condition stop her from training three times per week and walking on average anywhere from 3-5 miles per day! Rachel motto is “if I don’t move it, i’ll lose it!” and sticks to her training program week after week. Rachel has regained over 30% capacity of her lungs since working out with Madeline a year ago in September 2022.
