As a Certified Personal Trainer and 200-RYT Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor I offer virtual fitness training & have completed the NBHWC Approved Health Coach Training Program — BEXSc, 200-RYT, CPT
I also swam Division 1 at the collegiate level and now offer Aquatic Instruction for all ages 4+
My Coaching Values
I personal train my clients virtually and in-person to help all people feel their best and move their body, whether that be through a challenging resistance workout or low intensity exercise such as, yoga or chair yoga.
With my skill set, I am able to assist various age groups in accomplishing their fitness goals. Clientele of varying age groups from 4+ years for swimming and youth sport training to ages 90+ using safe movements will meet their needs, improve mobility through low impact activity and resistance training designed to get you back to a balance!
Training Services
A 60-minite in-person yoga session at your home or select gym location. Variety of styles available upon scheduling such as; Yin, Prenatal, Hatha, Vinyasa or Beginners Yoga.
An In-person 60-minite personal training session. Includes a variety of training styles such as; resistance training, weight lifting, body-weight workouts, and more.
A 30-minite virtual yoga session. Variety of styles available upon scheduling such as; Yin, Prenatal, Hatha, Vinyasa or Beginners Yoga.
A 60-minite virtual yoga session. Variety of styles available upon scheduling such as; Yin, Prenatal, Hatha, Vinyasa or Beginners Yoga.
3-Month Coaching — $460 Includes 12 sessions
(1)Initial 45-minute, followed by (11) 20-minute sessions schedule weekly
A Single Drop-in Coaching Session — $35 Includes (1) session 20-minute in length
8-Week Coaching & Training — $400 Includes 8 sessions
(1)Initial 45-minute Meeting, (3) 20-min Health Coaching Sessions, (4) 30-minute Personal Training Sessions
1-Month Coaching — $300 Includes 4 sessions
(1)Initial 45-minute, followed by (3) 45-minute sessions schedule weekly
1-Month Coaching — $180 Includes 4 sessions
